Yes, Performance Foodservice will host a Pre-Marketplace Exclusive Branded Tasting at the Westin Hotel adjacent to the Gas South Convention Center on Monday, February 16th, 2026. All foodservice customers are welcome to attend.
The Pre-Show Reception will be from 5:30 – 8:30pm

Not to worry! We’ll send your QR code back out the day before to your noted registration email, so it is at the top of your email inbox. Please review (spam) folder to ensure receipt. While having your QR code does speed up the check in process when you arrive, we can still check you in at the “General Registration” counters if you still aren’t able to locate your QR code.
Yes, we have secured over 2,500 allowances that will be passed directly to our attending foodservice customers.
These allowances will be offered for (24) weeks of aggressive savings just for attending Performance Foodservice active and prospective customers, November 24, 2025 – May 8, 2026
For your convenience, Performance Foodservice has secured complementary parking for all attendees. Look for noted Performance Foodservice parking signs for designated areas (Parking Deck #1) at the Gas South Convention Center.
Check out the “Marketplace Map” or “Vendor Listing” from the home screen of the Let’s Get Cooking Culinary Marketplace App (coming soon!). Here, you’ll be able to view all attending vendors and where they are on the map so you can easily navigate through all booths available.
To get the full experience and make sure you don’t miss out on any new opportunities, we recommend planning enough time in your day to walk through the entire show floor.
Yes, using the “Bookings” option on the app home screen is very easy and allows you to book new or existing cases of any items featured on show day.
Make sure you click the “Book Items” button at the end of the day to process your order. This won’t immediately process the order for you, but it will alert your Area Manager to place an order for the selected items/case quantity after the show.
